Where will we walk?
Why open air coaching?
We often have a much better quality of thinking when we are walking or moving around, fresh ideas come to us in the outdoors and we can feel less constrained. It can be inspiring to see the sky or the trees and walking is healthy too! Outside spaces are neutral and offer us the freedom to truly open up.
What about the weather?
I don’t feel like walking today, can we do our session somewhere else?
How will we each remember what we say?
What are your qualifications?
How do I start?
First of all, contact me via the Contact page on this site and we will arrange a one hour introductory chat, free of charge, which can be by phone, Skype or Zoom. You can tell me a bit about yourself and the kinds of things you’d like to work on in a coaching assignment. This is not an actual coaching session. We will agree a time period that I will coach you for and discuss the frequency of your sessions, and details of our first meeting. Then for our agreed time period I am your personal coach.
How do I pay you?
After our introductory chat and when we have agreed the details of our first coaching session, I’ll invoice you for your first session so that you can pay before we meet. Thereafter I’ll invoice you after each session. I prefer payment by bank transfer.
